Industrial Design
The general provisions concerning the charging of fees collected by the
State Agency for Industrial Property Protection from Republic of Moldova
for procedural services on industrial design are specified in Articles
11(4)(a), 11(8), 13(1), 13(2), 17(1), 18(2), 19(1), 20(1), 21(1), 21(2),
38 of the Law on Industrial Design Protection No. 991/1996. The fees are
as follows:
