The Official Journal on Industrial Property (OJIP)

The visiting card of the AGEPI, is monthly published and sent to 40 countries. It is the only journal in the Republic of Moldova invested with the right to furnish information on different categories of industrial property objects for which legal protection was sought or granted (inventions, utility models, trademarks, appellations of origin of goods, industrial models and designs), on modifications, additions and corrections to the texts or bibliographic data of the published documents, on the legal status of the applications and titles of protection.

The Official Journal on Industrial Property operatively publishes data on cession and license agreements registered with the AGEPI, legislative and normative acts regulating the industrial property protection in the Republic of Moldova, points out the integration mechanism of the country into the international system of industrial property.

For the information of users and for propagation of achievements in the field of industrial property protection, the AGEPI sends its publications, including official journals and the annual report to subscribers and free of charge to the state authorities, different organizations, enterprises and high educational institutions from the republic.
